This is the first blog I have written in English.

Actually I mostly speak, think and dream in English so I don´t mean that it is in any way difficult. Actually on the contrary, it is easier for me to speak and explain spiritual topics in English. However my website is in Swedish, and I run my business in Stockholm / Sweden so I guess it might be a bit strange that all of a sudden I am writing an English blog. Oh well, here we go.

I am having such beautiful flow right now. It´s like Shiva and all his helpers are showering light, grace, love and I am having incredibly beautiful spiritual insights. I am dancing burlesque every Tuesday night with a group of amazing ladies and last week my teacher shared with us her favourite quote by Dolly Parton. I mean Dolly Parton is not exactly known for being spiritual in any way. She is however very successful business wise. Her quote goes – ”Find out who you are, and be that person 100 %”. My personal enterpretation of this is – ”Find out who you want to be and be that person 100 %”.

It may sound a bit silly or superficial and adding to that it was said by Dolly Parton. But it goes so much deeper then you might realise. For me it means to be in control, to be Yang and to decide how I want to act, live, be percieved and then do it. Not 20 %, but 100 % all day, every day. This is very powerful. It´s not actually being fake or acting like it might sound. It is taking control of your mind. Of your whole being actually.

We are so conditioned, we have so much dirt on our mirrors, and we walk around every day and living our lives from this completely redicoulus way of seeing ourselves. So many humans are so lost, so confused and so miserable in so many ways. So disconnected to the more elevated way of seing life. Ofcourse life is dull, hard and depressing if you never see the spirit in anything. If life is only about tasks and managing family-life, work and all the rest, but never about anything else.

But let me tell you, life is incredibly meaningful, heartwarming and spiritual and you can just like me get access to these more spiritual ways of seing the world. I believe we are all a bit different here with different needs let´s say. I know many people who are very happy feeling safe and materially satisfied. I believe they feel that their life has a meaning. This is ofcourse totally fine.

Me on the other hand, I have never really had any interestw in a modern way of life, paying bills, insurance, big TV,´s, insurance and voting. I never had any real interest in it, therefore I never really bothered learning about it. I know that there are many things in society where I lack knowledge, interest or aspiration.

However talk to me about God, how the planets move, how the universe and the human being are in fact the same. These kind of more esotheric and metaphysical concepts have always felt very easy for me to grasp. I need no convincing and I could spend all day, every day discussing these kind of topics. I guess I am an intellectual. The other morning in meditation I got a very strong spiritual insight that my mind is in fact my super power, still and at the same time it is my biggest enemy and that this is in fact the case for all humans.

I believe it is a beautiful gift to have a beautiful and spiritually curious mind. However the mind is meant to be a powerful tool. I am as the human being meant to be in control of my mind and not the other way around. My mind is not meant to make me miserable. It´s been such a life long journey for me ever since I got interested in personal development and spirituality. Mind control just fascinates me. I want to be able to do what I want, and I don´t want my mind be be in my way. I believe understanding life and looking at it in an elevated way, in a spiritual way makes life incredibly meaningful, beautiful and just magical. It makes life in to a very exciting place to be. Not depending on what happens on a daily basis, if you are having a good or a bad day. It does not matter one bit. You see the spiritual spark in everything and you see the meaning, you understand why things are happening, and you just surrender to life. To something higher that has a plan that you just have total and 100 % faith in.

This is a spiritual way of life – and I believe it to be an elevated way of life. I would not live my life in any other way.
